Image Showing Services has been retained by your listing agent to work with you in scheduling showings for your home.  Image Showing Services is here to try to make your home sale experience as stress free as possible. Ultimately, our goal is to get realtors and their prospective buyers in to see your home to ensure the most visibility to facilitate the sale.

Image Showing Services is a full service showing scheduling office that assists you and your agent to ensure optimal scheduling of all of your showings. Coordinating with Image Showing Services means all showing requests are answered immediately and scheduled based on your specific requirements. While every showing holds the potential of selling your home, it may not always be convenient. Image will coordinate with you and the buyer's agent to ensure that all showings are scheduled, and at the best possible time for both parties.

For homeowners, selling their home can be a disruptive time. Trying to continue with their daily lives, while at the same time, keeping the house presentable to show and having strangers walk through their home can cause a certain amount of stress.

Image Showing Services is here to assist. Homeowners and/or tenants will feel comfortable working with Image Showing Services knowing that we are working together to accomplish the sale, with as little stress as possible. Homeowners that have worked with us in the past have said that if they ever have to sell another home, they would like to work with Image Showing Services again.

It is important that your home be available to show as often as possible. Each showing holds the potential for the sale. While the ultimate goal is to sell your home as soon as possible, we also understand that the home may not be available to show at all times requested by the showing agent.

Our promise to you
We will attempt to contact you for every request received by our office to schedule a showing or to cancel a scheduled showing.

Security
We will only provide information to access your home to licensed real estate professionals. Image Showing Services uses the National, State, and Local Associations of Realtors and the State License Office to verify that the person showing your home to a prospective buyer is a licensed agent.

Confidentiality
All information we have, with respect to you and your home, will remain completely confidential unless directed by you or your listing agent.
All requests for information about your home, other than requests for showings, will be referred to the listing office.

Communicating questions or changes
Please direct questions and changes to your listing agent whenever possible. However, if you provide that information to Image Showing Services, we will forward it to your listing office as well.

Requests To Show Your Home
We will seek your approval for showing requests by phone or e-mail as follows:

1. A Phone Call to the person designated as the contact at cell phone, home phone, or work phone. Please provide the best time to reach for work phone (i.e. M-F 9am -5pm).
To return our call, you may use our toll free number: 866-650-SHOW (7469). Please identify yourself as the owner or the tenant returning a call for your property address.

2. E-mail Message. You may have the messages sent to one or more addresses simultaneously.

Please include your address in each email.

Please convey your showing and notification requirements to your listing agent.
